Slow Food Dinner

It is just a few days until the dinner and I am excited. The menu looks amazing. It features things like goat cheese, rabbit, elk, quail eggs, an amazing selection of local greens (watercress and savory among them) and veggies (beets, cucumbers, potatoes to name a few) wonderful desserts including a homemade sorbet. . . .
I am going to eat until I pass out.
They have not even announced the wine pairings yet.
